All deliverables, timelines, reporting formats, and consultation structures are confirmed in writing before work begins.
3. Payments
- All consultancy services must be paid for in advance unless otherwise approved in writing.
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or authorized online gateways.
- Prices displayed are exclusive of applicable taxes or third-party processing charges.
- Delayed or incomplete payments may result in project delays or suspension of service delivery.
- Once reports, analyses, consultations, or documents are delivered, payments become final and non-refundable.
4. Billing Declaration
By subscribing to any consultancy plan or package, the client agrees to be billed automatically according to the selected plan (Monthly, Quarterly, Bi-Annual, or Annual).
All payments must be completed within the agreed billing cycle.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Clients may cancel their subscription or ongoing plan by submitting a written request at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
- Once consultancy outputs (reports, assessments, documents, meetings, or advisory sessions) are delivered, cancellations or refunds are not applicable.
- Services may be rescheduled or adjusted upon mutual agreement.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and updated information required for consultancy or project execution.
- Ensure that all documents, financial details, feasibility data, or project materials shared are legitimate and do not infringe on third-party rights.
- Respond in a timely manner to requests for approvals, clarifications, or additional information.
- Understand that delays from their side may impact project timelines or outcomes.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
- All reports, studies, analyses, and documents created by Inovora Management Consultancy LLC remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
- After payment, clients receive usage rights for the specific deliverables provided to them.
- The Company may display generalized project outcomes (without client details) for portfolio or case-study purposes, only with client approval.
8. Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding shared business information, documents, data, and communication.
- Confidential information will not be disclosed unless required by law.
- We take all necessary measures to safeguard client information from unauthorized access.
9. Deliverables & Advisory Limitations
- All consultancy reports, feasibility studies, and recommendations are based on the information provided by the client and available market insights.
- Inovora reserves the right to decline projects that involve inaccurate, unlawful, or misleading information.
- Final business decisions are solely the responsibility of the client.
- We do not guarantee project approval from government authorities or financial institutions, as such outcomes depend on third parties.
10. Limitation of Liability
Inovora Management Consultancy LLC shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
- Losses resulting from incorrect data provided by the client
- Delays caused by external authorities, governmental bodies, or third-party agencies
- Decisions made by the client based on consultancy reports or recommendations
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.
11. Third-Party Services
Some consultancy engagements may require coordination with external agencies, subject matter experts, government authorities, or third-party service providers.
While we partner only with trusted entities, we are not responsible for errors, delays, or outcomes once documents are submitted to third parties.
12. Updates to Terms
We may revise or update these Terms periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the “Last Updated” date will be updated.
Continued use of our website or services after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Refund Policy
Our consultancy model follows a transparent process:
- An initial consultation or meeting is conducted to explain the service and scope.
- The client proceeds only after agreeing to the proposed consultancy structure.
- After service delivery (reports, studies, documentation, meetings, or analysis), the client provides approval and final confirmation.
- Payment is made after the client has reviewed and approved the delivered output.
Due to this clear and transparent workflow, refund cases are extremely rare.
However, if a client faces an issue after delivery:
- They may contact their dedicated consultant or project manager.
- In exceptional cases, the matter can be escalated to our Review & Refund Committee, which independently evaluates each request and ensures a fair resolution.
